Agency Manager View and the Agency Manager's Toolbox

Once you've registered your agency on a site and set up your profile, you can start adding new needs and events, review your agency's stats, add volunteer responses, and more! Here we cover: 


How to access the agency manager view

To get started, click My Agency from the top of the screen after you log into your account. 


How to navigate the agency manager view

When you navigate to My Agency, you're taken to the agency manager view where you can manage your agency, add needs, review schedules, find helpful resources, and more! 


Tabs in the agency manager view

There may be additional tabs available depending on the site you're registered with. 

TabDescription
ViewThis takes you to the front end of the site where you can see what your agency's profile looks like to volunteers. 
EditHere you can edit your agency's information, add or remove agency managers, etc. 
  • You can also add photos to personalize your agency's profile here! 
NeedsReady to create a Need or want to manage existing Needs? This is where you can! 
  • This is also where you can: 
    • Manually add volunteer responses
    • Export data on your Needs and volunteer responses
    • Copy links that you can share on social media, in newsletters, etc.
EventsHere is where you can create and manage events for your agency. 
  • This is also where you can export data for your events or event RSVPs
StatsWant to see how your agency is doing? Check your Stats tab for data on your agency's responses, hours, and more! 
  • This is also where you can: 
    • Add default hours to volunteer responses individually or in bulk
    • Edit or review volunteer responses
    • Export responses and hours data
    • Review volunteer hours
    • Review how many agency fans your agency has
    • Review how many agency profile page views your agency has
ScheduleWant to review your agency's schedule, see who has responded to a Need, or even contact the volunteers that have responded? You can from the Schedule tab! 
Time TrackingDo you need to submit volunteer hours on behalf of your volunteers? You can from here! This is also where you can review and manage submitted hours for your agency's Needs. 
Check-InHere is where you can launch your Check-In Kiosk or check volunteers in for a Need they've responded to! 
Checked In NowThis is where you can see who is currently checked in for a Need. You can also check them out from here as necessary! 


Agency Manager's Toolbox

The Agency Manager's Toolbox is a resource you can use when you have questions about managing your agency or if you need to contact the site manager. Click the Click here to open Agency Manager's Toolbox banner to be taken to a page where we've shared helpful resources for agency managers! These include: 

  • Training resources
  • Links to the help center 
  • Resources to help you get started 
  • The Contact My Site Manager button


We have an extensive library of resources in our Help Center to help you use the software successfully! You can visit the Help Center anytime for a quick self-help option. Just click Help in the top right corner of the page! This takes you directly to the agency manager area of the Help Center. 


Helpful tips

There are question marks beside some fields in the Agency Manager view that provide you with clarification or further instructions. For example, when you're on the Edit tab, there's one located beside Agency Managers. Hover over these to receive helpful tips and instructions!
