Heads up! This article is intended for agency managers. If you're a site managerclick here.

Do you have questions about using certain areas of the site or are you having issues with something and need help? You can always consult the Help Center where we have several resources to help you successfully manage your agency. But if you're still not getting the answers you need, then we recommend contacting your site manager for further assistance.

Your site manager is the person who owns and manages the entire site. They oversee site-wide settings like branding, automated notifications, spotlights, and more! You might contact them if you have questions about:

  • Signing into your Agency profile
  • Adding Needs, managing volunteer responses, or viewing additional statistics
  • Volunteer engagement

You can contact your site manager anytime right from the Agency Manager's Toolbox

How to email the site manager

To get started:

1. Navigate to the My Agency area.

2. Select the Click here to open Agency Manager's Toolbox banner.

3. Click Contact My Site Manager

  • This opens up an email window for you to email the site manager directly!

Best practice: Site Manager not emailing you back? Don't take it personally they're managing the entire site! We recommend searching for the organization online. For example, if you see that the site banner says "Volunteer Center of Gloria County", pop that name in a web search to get more contact information, like a phone number or another email to try!
