Heads up! This article is intended for Agency Managers. Agency clusters may not be available on all sites.

When setting up or editing your Agency profile, you may have the option to select a cluster. Agency clusters allow a Site Manager to group Agencies with similar interests under one shared URL. Here we cover:

So you know: Not every site has clusters available. These are created and managed by the Site Manager. Please contact your Site Manager if you have questions about available clusters.

What are Agency clusters?

An Agency cluster is a special tag a Site Manager has created that can be assigned to Agencies. Site Managers are the only ones who can create, delete, and manage available Agency clusters. These are unique and differ from site to site. Agency clusters are:

  • Tags or keywords that can be assigned to Agencies registered on the site
  • Used to help group similar Agencies under one shared URL or page
  • Unique to each site since they are created and managed by the site's Site Manager(s)
  • Optional—you don't have to select a cluster when setting up or editing your Agency's profile
    • If you don't want your Agency grouped with similar Agencies, then don't select a cluster

How to select a cluster for your Agency

You can select a cluster when setting up or editing your Agency's profile:

1. Go to My Agency

  • If you manage more than one Agency, click My Agencies to select one from the dropdown.

2. Click the Edit tab.

3. Scroll until you see Clusters under Basic Information

  • The site may not have clusters if you don't see this field.

4. Select the cluster(s) from the dropdown.

5. Be sure to click Update Agency Info to save your changes.

How to remove a cluster from your Agency

To remove a cluster from your Agency:

1. Go to My Agency

  • If you manage more than one Agency, click My Agencies to select one from the dropdown.

2. Click the Edit tab.

3. Scroll until you see Clusters under Basic Information

4. Click the X on the cluster(s).

5. Be sure to click Update Agency Info to save your changes.

Where clustered items are grouped

When an Agency has a cluster assigned, it is grouped with other Agencies that share that same tag or cluster. Site Managers can access a URL linked to a page where those Agencies are grouped. This page may include your Agency and other Agencies registered on that site. Please contact your Site Manager if you wish to share that link with others.
