❖ Heads up! This article is intended for Agency Managers. If you're a Site Manager, please click here.
If the site your Agency is registered on allows anonymous and plus-one hours, then you can enter these hours on behalf of volunteers who don't have an account on the site. Volunteers can also enter plus-one hours if they brought a co-worker, family member, or friend to participate with them for one of your Agency's Needs. ✏️ Quick tip: Don't see anonymous or plus-one hours as an option? Contact your Site Manager to discuss enabling these features or to determine the best workaround.
Anonymous hours
You, other Agency Managers, or the Site Manager are the only ones who can enter anonymous hours on behalf of volunteers who don't have a registered account. These hours appear in records and reports with the name [Anonymous] for the user. This feature allows you to capture accurate hours for your records when managing volunteer Needs with a heavy volunteer turnout or when volunteers bring friends to events that don't have accounts on the site.
