Live training
We offer live training through a Zoom webinar. In this training, we cover the basics of getting started as an agency manager as well as offer some tips and hints so that your agency is set up for success. You will be muted during the webinar, but if you have any questions, you're encouraged to pop them into the chatbox.

Who to contact for additional training
Got questions about the site? Want to learn more about your role as an agency manager? Your best and first point of contact is always the site manager. The site manager reaches out to us with any technical issues, but nobody understands the site better than your site manager. They set up how a site functions, looks, and are in charge of what features and tools they want enabled on the site. They are your best bet for being directed to the resources you need to be successful.
