Would you like to see who's currently checked in for a Need? You can check the Checked In Now list right from the Hours area on your dashboard! 

Accessing the Checked In Now list

To get started: 

1. Go to Volunteerism > Hours. 

2. Click the Checked In Now tab. 

• This opens up the Checked In Now list. 

• Here you can see:
  
  • Who is checked in for which Need
  • When the Need started and ends
  • A snapshot of how many users are currently checked in and the date

• This is also where you can check volunteers out from a Need manually as applicable. 
• Agency managers can check in and out volunteers in their agencies from their dashboards. 

How to check volunteers out manually 

Volunteers can always return to the App or Check-In Kiosk to check themselves out, but sometimes they may miss the check out process. If that happens, you can always manually check the volunteers out yourself! 

To get started: 

1. Go to Volunteerism > Hours. 

2. Click the Checked In Now tab. 

3. Under the Check-Out column, use the dropdown to check the volunteer out. 

• You may see different options available in the dropdown for checking the volunteer out. 

4. Once you've selected a time for the check out, click Check Out to finish! 

ⓘ So you know: 

• Agency managers can check out volunteers that are assigned to their agencies from their dashboards. 
• If a check out is missed, the system automatically checks the volunteer out at midnight the night of the Need.
