Quickly reviewing Agency data is a top priority for Get Connected Center Site Managers. See how many active Needs or Events your Agencies have with the Agency Activity report!

The Quarterly Activity report displays daily, weekly, and monthly averages. These include averages for new user registrations, new Agency registrations, new volunteer Needs, and more. Check your overall impact and determine if you're on track for your quarterly and Year-to-date (YTD) goals.

Want to determine how many new users were added to your site each month of a selected quarter? Then the New Users Added report has you covered! This simplified report shows the month and total number of new users added for each month selected. 
Explore your data!
Your Data Explorers track important metrics you can quickly filter, export, and review whenever! Data Explorers are all so useful, but we have picked the top 3 we recommend reviewing quarterly.
- Users: If you're looking for detailed user information, then the User Data Explorer is just the report. Select the information you wish to display with the table filter and start exploring!
- Needs: Want to see how well the Needs on your site are doing? Looking to find important information about Needs? The Need Data Explorer is just the report!
- Agencies: You can compare Agency performance with the Agency Data Explorer. Use this report to determine which Agencies are succeeding at their goals and which might need some friendly encouragement.
Are they qualified?
If you're just looking for a quick overview of qualification statuses on your site, then the Qualification Status Review report has just what you're looking for! The Overview tab displays the current qualifications on your site and if there are any with pending statuses. 
Do you want a bit more detail than that? Click on the Detail tab! Filter by selecting an Agency, qualification, and/or status. Now you can see who has submitted a response for those qualifications, when they expire, and their status.
