Who's submitted the most hours?
If you're looking for a quick summarized view of which volunteers submitted the most hours within a month, then check out the Volunteer Hours Summary report! This report is great for a monthly review, but you can check it as often as required to meet your reporting needs.
Did they attend?
Accurate attendance is a key component in successful reporting. We recommend reviewing the Attendance Report at least once a month. Use the filters to select which Agency, Need, and/or Shift you want displayed. The report includes who did and didn't attend a scheduled shift and how many hours are pending or approved for that shift.
What happened this month?
Looking for a quick breakdown of new activity within a selected month? Check out the Monthly Activity report! This report is great for determining which months your site is the most active each year. It's also great for checking in on your overall impact and determining if your organization is on track for meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.
Checking in on your Agencies!
If you want to check in on your Agencies, the Agency Summary report has you covered! We recommend reviewing this report monthly, but you can always review it quarterly or yearly. It displays how many views, Need responses, and hours, an Agency received during a selected month.
