❖ Heads up! This article is for Site Managers. Agency Managers don't have the option to activate imported users.
What does activating imported Agencies do?
When Agencies are imported, they're given the status of Imported. Imported Agencies—and any imported Needs belonging to them—aren't visible on your site until they're activated. Imported users cannot access the site until their accounts have been activated. Click here to learn more about activating imported users.
How to activate imported Agencies
1. Go to Volunteerism > Agencies.
2. Select Imported from the Status dropdown.
3. Only your imported Agencies are displayed.
- A banner appears with a Send Notification Now button.
4. Check the boxes beside the Agencies you wish to activate.
✏️ Quick tip: You can select all by checking the box at the top of the column.
5. Click Send Notification Now. When you click this:
- The selected Agencies are made active on the site.
- The Agency Managers for those Agencies receive an email that:
- Informs them that they've been assigned as an Agency Manager
- Tells them how to log into the site and their Agency Manager dashboard
